We want to sincerely apologize for a recent misunderstanding involving a guest and their service animal at our bakery yesterday. Our goal is always to create a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone who visits us. We regret that our handling of this situation fell short of that standard and caused concern. We are reviewing our procedures and providing additional staff training/coaching to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and understanding they deserve.
