Just finished this How to Train Your Dragon dream cake for my sweet niece's birthday—complete with a sandy beach of Biscoff cookie crumbs, swirling blue vanilla bean whipped cream ocean, fresh strawberries,and handmade fondant Toothless + baby Light Fury (my first dragon sculpts ever! 😭💙).
STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM DREAM. Two layers of decadent strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries and The Rhoda House SoCal Strawberry Jam. Frosted in a vanilla, vanilla bean whipped cream.

Watching my niece light up with a giant grin made every second of creation worth it.
