So I had a request for sugar free strawberry jam. Never done that before. Off to YouTube I went. Ok...i can do this.
The whole idea of sugar free kinda freaks me out.
3 cups crushed strawberries, 1 pack low sugar surejel, 1 tbls stevia.
Its not bad. I think i would like it more without the stevia...but thats just me. Its very fresh tasting. More like a spread than a jam.
But on a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, its most excellent.

Everything bagel. Did you know i mix my own seasoning. Dried onion, dried garlic, sesame seeds, poppy seeds.

Protecting your peace is not selfish. Some people refuse accountability and will shift blame rather than face the truth. Surround yourself with those who communicate honestly, respect your feelings, and help you grow. The right people bring clarity, not confusion.
