Watch our famous Cheese Florets come to life? 👀🧀

It all begins with authentic Ashe County Cheese fresh from the NC mountains. Then the fun starts: we hand-cut it, turn it into “cheese spaghetti,” and mix it with butter, flour, and just the right kick of cayenne pepper. 🌶️

Next, the dough is shaped, cut, and baked until it’s irresistibly crisp and cheesy. Then we package up all that golden goodness and send it home with you! 💛
