For anyone who might be interested, I’m selling homemade pies for Thanksgiving. Apple, blueberry, and pumpkin. $20 each. Apple and blueberry are available as pastry crust or crumb topping. I will also be selling a pumpkin cheesecake $40. All crusts from scratch, hand-rolled, all butter.pumpkin cheesecake has a butter and graham cracker crust.

These are traditional French-Canadian cookies called "Galettes a la confiture.My father's mother made them, and almost everyone's aunt, mother or grandma made them.These cookies have a rich brown sugar base, and are filled with delicious preserves-I think they taste much better than linzer tarts! and they are a nice sized cookie!

One of the most delicious and traditional Christmas-Eve dishes served in Quebec,are "tourtiere" whch are savory ground pork pies, seasoned with onion,clove, cinnamon and nutmeg-traditionally, the crust is made with good old fashioned lard (not trans-fat) Please let me know if you would be interested in ordering one for the holiday season.Pies are $25 each-for your convenience payments can be made through paypal.
