🌊☀️ A Little Rest & Relaxation Before Summer Madness Begins! ☀️🌊

Taking a moment to soak up the sunshine, listen to the waves, and enjoy a little peace before the busy craziness of summer truly kicks into high gear. 🏖️

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you who have been supporting Baked by Karen! The markets have been absolutely incredible this season, and thanks to your support, we’ve been selling out week after week. I am beyond grateful and humbled by the response.

Because things have been so busy, I decided to treat myself to a new tool that I’m hoping will make my baking weeks a whole lot more efficient and help me keep up with all of your cookie, brownie, and dessert cravings. 🍪✨ I’ll be doing a live unboxing later today, so stay tuned and come check it out!

And there’s another exciting chapter about to begin… I’ll be starting a new job soon at a local eatery that many people have been eagerly waiting to see reopen. 👀🍽️

Sorry guys didn’t realize my audio was connected to my car as my husband was packing me up! But what a fabulous day I had yesterday at the Lacey’s Elk’s Farmers Market! I mean you all really showed up!!! I was nearly completely sold out. I started with 40 boxes of brownies and left with 3. And of 12 dozen cookies I had about 1 dozen left! Thank you so much!!!!! Hope to see you all back there May 25th!
