ho is originally from Pennsylvania, grew up spending summers on LBI and Nadia is from Paris. John is a chef, trained in the art and craft of French cooking at Johnson and Wales University, who spent some time apprenticing in a restaurant kitchen with Jacques Pépin. The couple have been spending their family summers on LBI prior to relocating permanently. Please check website for the Crêperie and Coffee Shop operating hours.

✨ The countdown has officially begun…. 12 days left until crêpes start again!✨

We hope you are as excited as we are! Starting May 13th, we will be open from Wednesday-Sunday from 7:30 am-1:00 pm (closed Mondays & Tuesdays)! We WILL be open on Memorial Day Monday & Labor Day Monday; but closed other Mondays in the season! Please refer to our website and Google, for confirmation about our opening days!
