I use only high quality butter (Land O'Lakes), extra large eggs, and Vanilla Bean Paste (Nielsen-Massey). All of these ingredients make for a moist, sligh

tly chewy and rich vanilla flavored cookie. To maintain quality I heat seal each cookie complimentary while other businesses charge a fee to bag. Heat sealing each cookie right after decorating is important so that the flavor and quality of your cookies last longer.
