Started intermediate fasting- sonxhsnging up a fre things.. Stone crust cauliflower piazza- with grilled champagne mushrooms, sheathed woodcraft mushrooms, Italian padano cheese shreds w/parsley and truffle ravioli oil:) delicious- Everything in moderation.

Steamed cauliflower n broccoli, with cook shrimp and roasted tomato and garlic sautéed in white wine with some Parmesan. Pepper and Parmesan for garnish. Less than 20 mins to prepare.
