*FRESH BREAD ALERT FROM THE RED SHED*

Along with a huge batch of beautiful Mother loaves, we have a few sourdough Challah loaves today. Made with organic avocado oil and raw honey; they're one of my favorite breads. Perfect for sandwiches or French toast. We also have many boxes of our signature sourdough chocolate chip cookies, a restock of granola in a tropical mix (wishful thinking, I know), and the freezer has been restocked with sourdough pizza crusts. The Supermom loaves are running behind but will be in the shed right away tomorrow morning.

I'm also taking orders for Hot Cross Buns for next Friday (Good Friday). They'll be a combination of sourdough and yeasted dough and priced at $15 for a pan of 9. They're pre-order only, so please let me know by Tuesday if you'd like to order a pan for pickup on Friday morning.

We have a surplus of breads from the last couple of week’s bakes and those are in our freezer and discounted. They’re still very delicious! (I know because I “shop” from there often😉) Because of this I didn’t bake bread this week. Instead I made some pastries! We have sourdough brioche danish with local strawberries from this past summer, rum soaked cherry and butter pecan scones, some super delicious bagels I’ve been working on for a hot minute (boiled and baked!) and our signature chocolate chip cookies. It was a fun to switch it up a bit! Come on out while they’re still fresh and grab some delicious treats for the snowy weekend!

Yesterday was our first bake day of December after over a week long break and we have some gorgeous breads on our menu this month! Returning is one of my favorites, The Wine Mom, which does not have any wine in it but it does take off the edge with Rum Soaked Cherries, Cardamom and 2 kinds of organic Guittard Chocolate. It’s perfect for the winter holidays! I’ve also been working on a very special Brioche Chocolate Babka and she has been worth the effort! She’s filled with chocolate ganache and orange honey soaked raisins. I think there is one left in the shed for some lucky person. So if you’re in town come on out and grab one of our gorgeous ladies this weekend!

Our December menu is now live for pre-orders for our first bake day of the month. We will take orders through Tuesdays for pick up on Fridays after the morning bakes. Breads left on Sundays go into the freezer and can be picked up during the week. We’re open every day from about 8am - 7pm. Enjoy the fresh snow!❄️🌨️☃️

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We’ve got some beautiful roasted garlic focaccia breads left in the shed. They’re perfect for leftover turkey 🦃 sandwiches. We also have our fluffy sweet potato and sage rolls which I love with scrambled eggs in the morning. 😋 We do still have a few of our brioche cinnamon rolls in the take & bake freezer too. The Red Shed is open every day so come on out and stock up. Our next bake day is next Friday.

I’ve been working a lot on brioche doughs. 👩🏻‍🍳 They’re delicate and delicious and full of butter(my favorite 🧈 ). This week we have our brioche take and bake cinnamon rolls, par baked brioche dinner rolls, and a couple of beautiful brioche loaves (perfect for French toast).

In addition to our regular menu we also have ciabatta rolls (made from mother loaf dough), some big and beautiful 🥖 , roasted garlic focaccia, and a rum raisin cinnamon swirl loaf (made with super mom dough).

We’re now open every day! If you come out during the week and there’s nothing on the shelves, be sure to check the freezer. This is where we put any leftover breads on Sunday afternoons to preserve their shelf life. They’re slightly discounted and always delicious!

Come on out and grab some delicious items for this week’s festive gatherings! 🦃

We have gorgeous breads this week! We have some extra additions from our usual menu as well. They are still warm and we are open!

Our menu this week is
~The Mother Loaf (2 day ferment)
~The Daughter Loaf (1 day ferment)
~The Super Mom (soft sandwich loaf)
~The Niece Loaf (hearty rye loaf)
~The Auntie Loaf (cranberry, walnut, orange loaf)
~Beautiful Baguettes (2 ft long)
~Ciabatta Rolls
~Focaccia (smoke Kalamata olive, fresh rosemary & smoked sea salt)
~English Muffins
~Chocolate Chip Cookies
~Cranberry Walnut Granola

Plus we have our cookie dough in our Take & Bake freezer along with Brioche Cinnamon Rolls, and Pumpkin Pecan Cinnamon Rolls.

It’s been great to have the time to add new items to our menu and I’m hoping you all enjoy it!
