Crunchy Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps

🌯🥜 Sweet, savory, and crunchy! ✨ These Crunchy Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps combine tender chicken, crisp veggies, and a creamy peanut sauce wrapped in soft tortillas for a flavor-packed handheld meal 😍🌶️

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
4 large tortillas or wraps
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Thai Peanut Sauce:

3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
2–3 tbsp warm water (to thin)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and green onions (3 minutes).
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili flakes, and warm water until smooth (2 minutes).
Pour peanut sauce over the chicken and veggie mixture, tossing to coat evenly (2 minutes).
Divide mixture evenly among tortillas, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and roll into wraps (2 minutes).
Serve immediately for a crunchy, flavorful, and portable meal (1 minute).
