To have warm, fresh-baked goods waiting on the shelves at 5:30 AM, our workday starts in the middle of the night while the rest of the town is fast asleep.
Running a true scratch bakery isn't about pulling frozen items out of a box and calling it a day. Every single loaf, pastry, and treat goes through a long, careful process that takes hours of mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking. It takes immense patience, grit, and serious commitment.
We want to give the biggest thank you to our incredible baker, who shows up in the dark every morning to pour their heart and craft into everything we make.
When you walk through our doors and buy from us, you aren't just getting real, high-quality food—you are directly supporting multiple local families who rely on this craft. This industry isn't easy, so a massive shout-out to our baker and to all the hard-working bakers out there making the world a sweeter place before sunrise! ❤️👨‍🍳👩‍🍳
