You guys didn’t think I forgot about Bath Book Bash did you?!
Even though this is the opening week of the coffee shop (thank you to everyone who showed up yesterday 🥹) I am still going to do my absolute favorite pop-up of the season!
And this year‘s theme is the wild robot which is an amazing book and an amazing movie! I’m going to definitely be leaning heavily into the Woodland animal theme so expect to find lots of these boxes of Woodland animal friends. And sneak peek tomorrow of what animal I will be decorating with royal icing!
Any guesses?!

Oh boy look 👀 what else just came out of the oven!! Fresh for Fairwinds Farm shop in Topsham SOURDOUGH EVERYTHING BAGELS 🥯

For those of you who don’t know sourdough bagels are a labor of love and take about 72 hours from start to completion 😅 And I try to always have fresh bags at the beginning of the week and occasionally midweek for the Farm shop. If you ever want to order a dozen, just shoot me a message or ask the wonderful people at the Farm shop and they will place an order for you 🥰

Working on more carrot cake cinnamon rolls for an order today!! These might be my new favorite 🤩 ❤️💞❤️

I can finally tell you all my news from earlier this summer!!! I’m supplying all the baked goods for a coffee shop called Grounded coffee 🤩
I’m super excited for this opportunity (and a little nervous 😅)
Soooooo if anyone has suggestions for baked goods for a coffee shop comment below! Especially any seasonal or holiday treats you would love to be able to grab with a cup of coffee! ☕️

I would love to show you guys more of these carrot cake cinnamon rolls, but as you can see, they are delicious 🤤😂
A pillowy soft carrot cake roll filled with a cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom filling, topped with an oat crumble, and of course tangy cream cheese frosting 🥕

I sold out of them today, but I will be offering them tomorrow if you want to order a dozen or half a dozen for the long weekend. But you need to let me know as soon as possible. 😅

❤️💞❤️
