I can finally tell you all my news from earlier this summer!!! I’m supplying all the baked goods for a coffee shop called Grounded coffee 🤩
I’m super excited for this opportunity (and a little nervous 😅)
Soooooo if anyone has suggestions for baked goods for a coffee shop comment below! Especially any seasonal or holiday treats you would love to be able to grab with a cup of coffee! ☕️

I would love to show you guys more of these carrot cake cinnamon rolls, but as you can see, they are delicious 🤤😂
A pillowy soft carrot cake roll filled with a cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom filling, topped with an oat crumble, and of course tangy cream cheese frosting 🥕

I sold out of them today, but I will be offering them tomorrow if you want to order a dozen or half a dozen for the long weekend. But you need to let me know as soon as possible. 😅

If you guessed Dark Chocolate and Orange for the other new muffin flavor this week you were right 🤩 These Orange based muffins are studded with Dark chocolate, given a generous crunchy sugar topping, and finished off with a thick orange glaze!

Well well well… apparently muffins were a popular choice because I had someone come purchase ALL of them this morning 🤩 but fear not! I have labored on this supposed day for resting and made even MORE muffins! Plus these delicious looking zucchini crumble breads for drop off at Fairwinds Farm shop tomorrow morning!

Tada I just made a batch of peach cobbler muffins for a Monday morning drop off at Fairwinds Farm 🍑 I just ate one warm from the oven and OMG these are perfect 🤩 Nice warm spices, juicy peach bits, crumble topping for texture, and that sweet vanilla glaze go together really nicely 🧡

Okay guys I’m planning for Monday’s Fairwinds Farm drop and I’m thinking of switching up the orange kissed blueberry muffins to a peach cobbler inspired one! Think vanilla base with diced peaches and warm spices cinnamon and nutmeg! A generous crumble topping and finished with a vanilla glaze 🍑

I love every aspect of this treat box and I’m soooo glad I made the time to do them (even though this week was FULL!)
