Help Restock the Santa Store!

The MC Fall Festival committee members are making plans to host the annual Santa Store on Dec. 3. The Mason County Health Department’s guidelines will be adhered to as follows: all gently used items be wiped down with sanitizing cloths/wipes. Popular gift items include jewelry, toys, pet toys, kitchen items, books and puzzles, coffee mugs, decorative glassware and figurines, holiday decorative items, and men’s items. Anything Cardinals, Cubs and Illini are always hot items. Stuffed animals, plush toys, pillows, and clothing absolutely cannot be accepted. Potholders, aprons and kitchen linens must be new. Fragrances, colognes & lotions must also be new. Candles can be donated if they haven’t been burned. Donations of wrapping paper and gift bags are very welcome. Drop off boxes will be available along Chestnut Street at Subway, Do Drop In Café and Country Financial. Last year the Santa Store’s volunteer team wrapped over 600 gifts for shoppers! Thank you for your help with this worthwhile endeavor.
