Every fermentation process has its own rhythm but they all require patience, trust and a willingness to learn.

At its core, fermentation is nature doing what it does best… using beneficial yeast and bacteria to transform simple ingredients into something more flavorful, nutritious and easier to digest.

I didn’t know how to do any of this when I started. I learned by DOING. Doing it scared, making mistakes, and trying again. Growth doesn’t happen when you wait until you’re ready… it happens when you start anyway. ❤️

I may be pressing pause on baking in bulk this summer but let's be honest … I don't know how not to bake. 😎😂

The bakery will always be my happy place and serving this community through something I love has been one of life's sweetest gifts.

I've got some fun things happening behind the scenes… plenty of recipe testing ahead, a fun fall class schedule and some new treats I can't wait to share with you all!

Learning to make croissants is one thing.
Learning to fill and decorate them is another. 😂

I still have a lot of work to do but these Blueberry Lemon Croissants with a hint of lavender were absolutely incredible.

Not my prettiest croissants but definitely some of my tastiest.
