🚂 Opening Day… What a Day to Remember! 🤍

What a day! We caught up with old friends, met so many sweet people, and made some new friends along the way. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared our posts, or helped spread the word about our little bakery!

We’re still making improvements to the building, adding our own touches, and figuring things out as we go. We hope you’ll grow with us as we turn this old train car into something special for our community. 🤍

We’ve had some wonderful suggestions already, especially about having a menu! Since our selections are constantly changing, it’s a little tricky to have a permanent one. So, starting next week, we’re going to be posting a weekly menu every Monday! Keep an eye on our page for what’s planned for the week, but remember, that doesn’t mean it’s all we’ll have! We’ll still be baking, experimenting, and adding goodies to the shelves along the way.

We’re kicking off our very first morning with some fresh-baked favorites, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Freshly baked Blueberry Mini Loaves are ready! Parker and Riley ask me to make these constantly at home 🤤

These soft, delicious, moist little loaves weigh approximately 7.2–7.5 oz each and are just $8 each!

Baked in our dedicated gluten-free oven with extra care to minimize cross-contact. However, because we also prepare gluten-containing products in our bakery, we cannot guarantee they’re completely free from cross-contact.
