I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize to my customers for having to cancel cake orders for a couple of weeks in December.
Right after Thanksgiving, my beloved Poppy (my best friend and biggest supporter) became seriously ill and sadly passed away on December 8th. It’s been a deeply emotional time for me and my family, and I needed to step away to be with them and begin to heal.
It’s been especially hard losing my Granny just a little over four years ago, and now my Poppy. Granny was the one who first inspired my love for cooking. She taught me not just how to make food, but how to cook with heart and love. Their influence is at the core of everything I do in the kitchen, and I carry their memory with me in every recipe I create.
Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and continued support. It truly means the world to me.
