🎉 August Birthday Treats 🎉

In memory of my son-in-law, Ben, I'd like to celebrate August birthdays with a little act of kindness.

If your birthday is in August and you follow Manna From Basin, I'd love to bake you a free individual birthday treat.

Ben always made me feel like the best cook in the world. Even before he and Keri were married, he was so appreciative of every meal and every dessert. He truly enjoyed being cooked for, and his gratitude made it such a joy to bake for him.

This is my way of honoring his memory by sharing a little sweetness with others.

❤️ We're Home! ❤️

There's no place like home. After taking some time away to visit family, we're safely back in Wyoming. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for every prayer, kind message, and word of encouragement while we were gone. Your love and support carried us through some wonderful moments and some difficult ones, and we are truly grateful.

I'm ready to start taking special orders again! While Manna From Basin won't return to our regular Wednesday and Friday baking schedule until September, if you're wanting cinnamon rolls, a cake, cookies, doughnuts, or another favorite treat, just send me a message. I'll do my best to make it happen.

I'm looking forward to getting back to my "baking therapy," filling the kitchen with the smell of fresh bread and sweet treats, and serving this wonderful community again.

Thank you for supporting our family, our little bakery, and for continuing to pray for Mark as we walk this journey together. We are so blessed to have each of you in our lives. ❤️

Heading Home ❤️

After lots of wonderful little backroad stops and precious time visiting with family, we're officially on our way home.

It was a good trip—filled with memories, laughter, and a few hard moments too. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for us while we've been away. Those prayers have meant so much.

Now we're looking forward to getting back to Wyoming, firing up the ovens, and seeing all of you again at Manna From Basin!

Please continue to pray for safe travels over these next four days as we make our way home.

Happy belated 4th of July! 🇺🇸

We've been without phone service for the past few days while visiting family in the beautiful, remote hills of West Virginia. It's been such a blessing to spend this time together. Like many caregiving journeys, there have been some struggles along the way, but we've also made some precious memories that we'll always treasure.

As we continue helping our families, we're praying that when we return home, life will settle into a new normal. I have to admit... I'm really looking forward to a little baking therapy! ❤️ There is something so peaceful about being back in the kitchen, and I can't wait to see all of our wonderful customers again.

Manna From Basin is planning to reopen September 1st, so be watching for our fall baking schedule, all of your regular favorites, and a few new sweet treats we've been working on!

Thank you for your prayers, your patience, and for supporting our little bakery. We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to serving you again soon!
