THE FRUIT COLLECTION 🍑

A modern tasting collection inspired by fruits, texture, contrast and layered flavor composition.
Six individually designed mono portions created to feel elegant, playful and deeply flavor-focused — balancing mousse, crunch, acidity, praline and creamy interiors in one bite.
This collection is a mix of comfort and luxury:
• tropical mango with silky vanilla
• creamy banana with roasted peanut praline
• rich pistachio with delicate crunch
• deep dark chocolate & rum macerated plum
• fresh mojito with lime and mint
• intense coffee with almond and espresso notes

Some flavors are soft and nostalgic, others darker, more sensual and unexpected but every dessert was designed to have contrast, texture and its own personality.

Mojito, Plum and Pistachio are my original signature recipes. 🐝
