For cake orders,custom novelty orders, and large orders, PLEASE place orders a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) in advance. If you need specific toppers, please give me 1-2 weeks notice so I can have everything ordered in a timely manner. Any of these types of orders made in a shorter timeframe than that are subject to rush fees starting at $20
Upon placing your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due. If you cancel, you lose your deposit. My time is precious just as yours is; Thank you!
