SPECIAL Bread pickup schedule for September & October from us

1st & 3rd week: Market week. We will continue offering preorders at our front porch and at the market.

2nd & 4th week: Brioche/Asian Buns week. Our home will be open for walk-in and preorder pickup.

I’ve put together a slightly different but more exciting menu for these two weeks. You can preorder to reserve your favorites, or just stop by for a walk-in and see what’s available from our home bakery.

🕤Hours: 9am-12pm
📍Location: 461 Maple Ave, Barrington, RI

I’m thrilled to finally meet each of you at my front porch and share our wholesome, homemade sourdough bread and baked goods with you.

To make it even more fun, I’ve partnered with a few local shops and farm stands, so you can pick up bread while shopping for fresh vegetables, artisanal cheeses, and snacks.

They include Rind Cheese Shop & Barrington Farm Stand.

--- All the preorders will open on MONDAY through Wednesday, and pick on Saturdays morning (9am start).

🍞Week Three (Market week): same as week one

🍞 Week Four (Asian Buns week): pickup at my front porch, at the , and at the

Week two & four are welcome to walk-in because I am planning to bake extra. So make sure to check here too.

We were lucky to have the perfect weather for our last market of August.

We brought as many breads and baked goods as we could to the today.

And...the first 30 mins, the bagels were gone!
Then, the Japanese milk bread and the focaccia... And then cookies and donuts disappeared.

Lastly, everything SOLD OUT within 2 hours!! 🤩🤩

Thanks for all your support, and making our weekly baking feels more enjoyable.

After the big dough day on Thursday, I felt a bit relaxed on Friday with just baking and a few items to shape.

If you are living close or around the East Bay, come try our homemade natural fermented sourdough.

You may think it's a bit more expensive to get our sourdough or other baked goods than store bought bread, but do you know what you are really paying for?

Our time, labor, training, even all the ingredients, recipes, transportation, packing, marketing, rent... And even help us to provide better opportunities for our children and others.

Today's market felt like FALL and it's pretty nice. 🍂

But... We are still enjoying all the summer flavors and bread a little bit longer, until all the fall and holidays flavors come.

It's also so nice to meet a few of my sourdough students , including & .ytoronto . It's amazing to hear how making sourdough bread has blessed their families and friends.

It's very very hard working, baking for the village while homeschooling & taking care of six kids.

I am so proud we are doing this and did great. Somehow we make it work from our crazy schedule, trails, and challenges in life.
