8” square, 3 layers of chocolate sponge, filled with Nutella and VT maple creme! Coated generously with Swiss meringue buttercream, and covered with vanilla fondant!

Had loads of fun with this True themed birthday cake!!
- 3 layer 6” chocolate sponge, with coconut infused chocolate pudding cream filling, and a toasted coconut almond Swiss meringue buttercream!

To top it off, it has edible chocolate bows & flowers around it, covered in edible shimmer! 🥳

Happy Easter!!

4 dozen rolls, a mix of garlic herb, everything bagel, and cheddar topped! Along with a 6” 3-layer carrot cake layered with cream cheese frosting out the door this morning!

Also made my daughter’s birthday cake; which she chose a dark chocolate sponge, layered with chocolate ganache and almond Swiss meringue buttercream - with “candy wonderland” themed toppings! I happily obliged!
