🥚🌾 FROM A LOCAL FARM TO OUR BAKERY! 🌾🥚

We’re SO excited to share a little change happening behind the scenes at Hailey’s Bakehaus on Fifth! 🤎

We’re officially partnering with a local family farm, Leister Family Homestead, to source our eggs, and we couldn’t be happier about it! 🐓🥚

Moving forward, the majority of our baked goods will be made with fresh, locally sourced farm eggs whenever they’re available. There may be times when we can’t get enough farm-fresh eggs, so we’ll use our regular egg supply when needed—but our goal is to make this our new normal! 🥰

So what do fresh farm eggs bring to our baked goods?

💛 Richer flavor
🧁 Moist, tender textures
✨ Beautiful golden color from those gorgeous yolks
🍰 Added richness in cakes, cupcakes, cookies & pastries
🥚 Great structure to help our baked goods hold their shape

But honestly, one of our favorite parts is knowing that we’re supporting another local small business while creating something delicious for you! ❤️
