Tried Romanian Tort Diplomat for the first time 10 yrs ago at Fresh Farms in Chicago.

When Georgie told me it was his fave dessert, I knew I had to learn how to make it!! 🙈☺️ It’s definitely not an easy recipe with its delicate homemade ladyfingers and diplomat cream, but love makes you willing to learn anything 😆😌🙈

Still so proud every time I pull this off!! 🥹🙏🏻💕

On another note, I am also baking up some sourdough extras this weekend!

I’m slowly starting to bring back some of my fall best sellers from previous years, and I’m so excited to introduce some of those flavors again 🍂🙈👀

‼️And for this coming Friday only 6-pack of cupcakes for $15‼️ One flavor per 6-pack and flavors cannot be mixed ☺️

Also, these croissants I baked this morning deserve a little appreciation.. 🥐🥹 I’m honestly in awe of how much I’ve improved since day one.. They’ve never been store-bought! Every single one is made from scratch, and they truly are a labor of love.. 😌🙏🏻🙈 All those folds, turns, butter, waiting, and patience… it’s so rewarding to see those beautiful layers come together 🥹💕

Expectation vs Reality!

He lost his vibrant green color in the oven, but he definitely kept his cozy charm.

He’s made with organic spirulina, Italian herbs, and parmesan cheese, and my whole kitchen smells absolutely amazing right now!!🌿🧀🙈🤤

Plus, look at those tiny sleeping eyes and that cute smiley face! 🥺🥹💕 He looks so peaceful that now I’m not even sure if I want to eat him.. 👀🙈

Be honest, would you feel too guilty slicing into this little guy??🐙👀
