Our soft pretzels are dipped in brine. boiled, and baked for a flavorful crust with a soft, chewy inside. Perfect for weddings, parties and just about any occasion!

We donated this American buttercream sheet cake & custom printed shortbread cookies for the groundbreaking of the new Banks High School earlier this year! 💙 The cake featured an edible image we printed in-house, as well as the Banks logo printed directly onto the cookies’ royal icing. Yum!

A little bread baking tonight! Yum 😋 🍞

Our Light Sourdough Soft Sandwich Loaf; and, Birdseed Soft Sandwich Loaf, made with 14 different seeds and grains!

We haven’t offered these regularly in quite some time, but they’re still part of what we love to bake. We make them when our schedule allows, and special orders are always welcome! 😉 🫶

Did you know we 3D print many of the cookie cutters we use right here in our bakery? This gives us so many more options for custom shapes that we can pair with our direct-to-cookie printing. We love being able to customize an order from the cookie shape all the way to the finished print!

It’s kind of crazy to think we’ve been doing this for 12 years now! ❤️

Next Dimension Bakery looks a lot different today than it did in our early days. Over the years we’ve slowly stepped away from general baked goods and decorated cookies and narrowed our focus to what we really enjoy doing.

These days that’s primarily wedding cakes and corporate/logo cookies, along with the occasional custom cake and printed shortbread cookies for other events. We’ve also moved away from buttercream-only cakes exception is sheet cakes and cupcakes for weddings and logos. Our cakes are now strictly our NO FONDANT cakes covered in our delicious rolled chocolate, which gives Rob a whole lot more freedom with his designs!

There are so many new cottage bakers and licensed bakeries starting out and offering all kinds of baked goods, so please support them! We had that same support in our early days and wouldn’t be where we are today without it. ❤️ We’ve found our niche, we’re staying plenty busy, and we’re pretty happy here. 😊

A recent Google search led Deckers Brands to us for a rush cookie order celebrating their PTC FlexPLM launch. Deckers is the company behind UGG, HOKA and Teva. They supplied a few of the graphics and theme, “Building the Foundation Together,” and gave us creative freedom with the layout, placement, and cookie shapes. Since it was such a quick turnaround, we kept the set to our standard rounds and rectangles and focused on making everything feel cohesive.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at just one small part of what we’ve been working on these past few weeks. 👀 A lot of time goes into these details before they ever make it onto the finished cake! This is our first time 3D printing our own pieces to create custom food-safe silicone molds. We can’t wait to show you the final result!
