Today was just awesome. Thank you!!
I was able to make more GF bread this evening so that is ready to go for tomorrow. I’ll restock focaccia and English muffins in the morning! Looking into a gluten free lemon bread or muffin with a lemon glaze.
Got some good feedback on the GF English muffins too! So that’s awesome news.
Restocked the strawberry rhubarb again! AND made a new jam. Berry Patch Jam! A combination of Blueberry and Raspberry. More raspberry than blueberry. Testing it out in the morning but preliminary tasting was pretty good!!

Looked up and the focaccia was out! This is great for lunch or dinner and I threw in some lemon blueberry for a perfect dessert.

Parmesan Garlic (great with the American chop suey)

🌸 The peonies have officially started blooming! 🌸

Every year I wait (not so patiently) for these beauties to open, and they finally decided it was time.

Gluten free friends! I have four two packs of GF English muffins here that I am asking for folks to sample for me. Pop in! First come first serve. Honest opinions only, can’t get better if I don’t know! Cookies are restocked too.

A couple already went out the door warm right from the oven! We’ve got chicken pot pie for your lunch or dinner tomorrow.
And this dough hopefully is a great gluten free option for English muffins! Final results tomorrow. 🤞

Late posting this morning! Cookies are out and cooling. Coffee is on and breakfast sandwiches are moving. Farm fresh eggs and homemade English muffins. We have croissants and bagels too!

Prior to moving into the bakery, I signed up for some vendor events.
So there will be upcoming Saturdays I will not be open. I’ll either be prepping or at an event these days:
*June 20th head to Milford town hall, I’ll be there
*June27th closed prepping for an event June 28th
*July 25th closed -event July 26th
*August 28th closed -event August 29th all at Winterport Evergreen Farms Market
You aren’t going to want to miss this market. Try to hit one or all! Lots of great foods and goods!

Summer Fun at the Farm! Sunday, June 28th, 12-4pm. We are working on family-fun surprises for this special market as well as welcoming several new-to-the market vendors in addition to the original team! Oh! And live music throughout the afternoon thanks to the sweet sounds of Don Bergeron.

Today I was officially licensed as a full fledged bakery to bake and cook whatever my heart desires!
So chicken pot pie tomorrow, my grandma’s chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies ( my mom’s fav) and going to try my hand at a gluten free English muffin. 🤔🤞 I sold out of English muffins again so I will be working on those too. THANK YOU!

Tomorrow 730-530! I’ll be away for a bit midday but the folks at Sniff-n-Snack dog treats will be there! If you need something specific, shoot me a message so I can work it into my baking for the day!
