Time to celebrate Cantonese cuisine!

Dim sum is the perfect light bite for a warm summer day—though, if I'm being honest, I could happily eat dim sum any day of the year!
To honor the Dragon Boat Festival, I'll be bringing some traditional favorites to Bangor's European Market!

Tofu Skin Rolls filled with seasoned ground chicken, wood ear mushrooms, and carrots.

Cantonese Sticky Rice Parcels stuffed with Cantonese-style BBQ pork, soy sauce-marinated egg, Chinese sausage (lap cheong), chicken, and shiitake mushrooms.

I hope you all are enjoying the beautiful weather!! Soulgood is going to miss out Bangor's European Market to finish up spring cleaning and spend time with family. I'll be back next week!
