As Valentine's Day approaches old recipes resurface, wanting to be made. Pictured here are "Mon Amour," delicious cookies filled with strawberry rhubarb jam, covered with a rose petal/orange glaze. The dough needs to be mixed by hand to get lightness and air into the cookie.
