Fall has arrived in southern Oregon. These cooler temps have us thinking about a big pot of Chili Bean Soup. Our favorite way to enjoy this soup is by substituting Hillshire Farms smoked beef sausage for the ground beef the package recipe calls for. The spices in the sausage marry perfectly with the spices we package in the soup mix, making this an irresistible dinner. Try it and let us know what you think.

Come visit our booth at the BANDON Cranberry Festival. The festival is being held in Old Town in BANDON. The hours are 10-4 on Saturday and Sunday. As always, there will be delicious samples to taste. Don't forget, Mrs. Britt's Herb Blends make the best dips for those tailgate parties.

Happy Labor Day! We will be spending this wonderful day off outdoors. With a side of our favorite Mrs. Britts Oregon Gold Mustard prepared sweet over a salad of fresh cucumbers and homegrown tomatoes. How will you all be spending your day?
