We are so excited to be 1 week away from our first ever Maker’s Market! We can’t wait to see our space transform into a creative marketplace for the day and for you to come and see the amazing artists and makers showing off their stuff! 🤩

We will also be debuting our very own mini Turkish bazaar with goods straight from Turkey! 🤗

Mark it down, bring a friend, and come on out!

Our first summer in Highlandtown has been a blast and we have felt so welcomed in the neighborhood. Seeing the space week after week full of people and families and regulars has filled our hearts to the brim!

We just want to keep finding ways to give back to the community. So as the school year creeps up on us, we’ve decided to raise funds to purchase and fill backpacks for as many local students in need as we can!

You’ll see the option to donate on the screen after you check-out in both stores and these funds will go directly to the purchase of school-approved backpacks and supplies, and distributed by August 26th- the first day of school!

We’ll post more pictures and updates as we raise support.
As of today, we have raised enough to purchase and fill at least 3 backpacks!

Save the date for Ovenbird’s first Maker’s Market! Sunday, September 8, 8-3pm

We’ve so enjoyed welcoming various artists and makers into our space these past few months, and we are thrilled to announce our first ever Maker’s Market!

We still have some space available for interested makers, so send your info and inquiries to [email protected] by August 21st for consideration. It’s tough to think of a better way to spend a Sunday, than surrounded by croissants, coffee, and art. 🙌🏼

Let’s fill this beautiful space together with more art, love and creativity as the summer comes to an end.

A delicious, traditional Turkish grain salad made with fine Bulgur, tomato paste, parsley and mint. Makes a great light lunch, snack or side dish. Try it this week in either of our stores ✨😋

Happy 4th of July, Ovenbird style! 🍓🥥🫐

Our raspberry cheesecake danish got dressed up for the occasion 🇺🇸 and our new fruity chamomile panna cotta was already dressed the part! We highly recommend showing these two some love ☺️ Amongst anything else you may fancy from our case 😋

We close at 1pm today but we’ll be back tomorrow and all weekend with special 4th of July treats and challah buns for your all your burger bun needs! 🎆🍔

The trick is, turn fast, don't think about the 500 degree heat! Italian bread coming out of the oven. And it has to be said that, yes, we actually do bake a ton of bagels for the weekend, we're just needing to bake more for all those lovely Lox Bagel Sandwiches!
