Whew, this one really tested us. The is about getting our products out there, testing new markets, engaging with communities and spending some time with people who make a place what it is.
We had so many equipment fails, sourcing issues, vehicle mishaps, logistical challenges, team illnesses and roadblocks we’re still sorting through today.
That said, you greeted us with open arms, curiosity and enthusiasm for everything that is who BUB is and what we’re trying to do. You all know that scratch made products are a labor of love, and we’re so proud and thankful for the opportunity to do this work, wherever and however we can do it.

It’s no secret that we had a bumpy start - vehicle issues, equipment breakdowns, staffing emergencies and sourcing challenges (to name a few), making our first week eventful to say the least.
Still, you showed up big time this weekend to dig into some and good times. Thanks for sharing your with our crew. We’re so grateful we have many more days with you!
We kick things off on Wednesday with a satellite set up at where we’ll have a full menu of treats beginning at 7am.
We’re stocking up as much as possible but this is likely a sell out event with limited 1/2 dozens so come early if you are craving something specific.

The best R&D involves ingredients and inspo from our travels. (Ask where we recently learned of Popeyes "new" that they've been tweaking for four years now.)
And, while it's been more like four months here, this time we got to bring into the mix with November's and, kept it a mystery.
With the working title, "Sling Blade," this baby is both a nod to the fare we stumbled upon in New England, and a salve for missing the of our yoots.
We started with scratch made , house made porky creton, American cheese, a runny egg and slathered in a bit of brown ginger mustard. Paul got awfully close, detecting the hint of mace in the loose meat patty.
