Dulceology Dulceology is an artisan bakery specializing in Alfajores, donuts, and cakes. We have moved from Baltimore, MD to Loma Linda, California

We are a female-founded, sister and family-run bakery with a dedicated focus to creating authentic and beautiful Latin desserts made from our traditional family recipes. What started out as a hobby and passion for quality desserts has grown into a full-time bakery with our first brick and mortar located in Baltimore's Federal Hill Neighborhood. Our shop is located at 1138 S. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21230

Today we laughed, we cried, got LOTS of hugs from many of you, we even had some beautiful prayers for us and just a whole lotta of great vibes ✨

We want to share an important update in the story of Dulceology…
As life evolves, so do the paths we are called to pursue and in this past year, we’ve both been given new opportunities for personal and professional growth, one which has taken us to move across the states to California.

Leading from afar has made it increasingly difficult to continue cultivating the level of intention, creativity, and care that has always defined our work.
So after 6 wonderful years, with a heavy heart, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our storefront at 1138 S. Charles St. in Baltimore, Maryland.

We leave this chapter with immense gratitude
for every customer, team member, friend, and
supporter who believed in us along the way.

Our last weekend open will be a celebration held on Saturday May 16th and Sunday, May 17th— we promise to be stocked up with all your favorites and classics.

*Online orders of Alfajores will continue to be shipped nationwide.

As for the future, we believe some stories are never truly finished. The love for pastry, hospitality, and creating meaningful experiences remains as strong as ever. Perhaps one day, in a new place, on new soil, maybe a new name, another chapter will arise. Until then, we look ahead with hope and excitement for all that is still to come.
