Moral of this story is “PIVOT” whenever you need to…. While retail has grown us to what we are today , having a food truck is what keeps us remembered because we get to go to new people regularly instead of waiting for them to come to us at our retail shop. Think of a food truck as your retail shop on wheels! You can literally go where the people are instead of depending on food traffic to your physical location ….. you actually have a physical location it’s just on wheels so your physical location is located ANYWHERE!

Buying a food truck was one of the BEST desicions we made for our baking business .
