Ralph's was a family truck farm offering the freshest in We-pick OR U-pick strawberries and vegetables in season. However, in 2016 Doc and I were forced to retire from farming due to age and health. However in the winter months, we have honey in pints that we harvest from the hives on our farm for sale, as well as canned goods of all kinds, jams, jellies, salsa, tomatoes, pickles, soups and baked

goods...like breads, rolls, cakes and pies (by special order) all of which I sell from my vendor booth at Pop & Jojo's Indoor Market, 115 W. And in April we will sell the same Camarosa strawberries that we used to grow, and blackberries in May, and Florida Fancy tomatoes in July that are brown by a farmer friend in mid-Mississippi. So last night we worked late at the store getting set up for Saturday’s cookie classes... and we remembered the strawberry cake that Evie Carney had made. Yep! We did! 🍰 Honestly, the best strawberry cake I’ve ever eaten! She’ll be happy to make one for you too! ❤️🌹
