Here’s everything reportedly at the fair:

King David - Customer stated they had chicken gyro bowl and had no issues. They also have a falafel bowl
Tater Tot Heaven- is Gluten free on military row per comment on post. As always, check all ingredients!
Poutine Gourmet - According to a customer comment, All fries and toppings are gluten free except for the gravy, unsure if gravy is made off site or in the truck. Make sure you check to see if fries are fried in separate fryer
Baga Bowls On The Go - GF/DF Smoothies & Acai Bowls! All granola used is also Gluten Free! Located on Restaurant Row!
The Bacon Bomb - GF/DF all rolls are kept separate and not used on the grill! Bacon bomb, turkey legs, corn on the cob, pulled pork/ nachos, on the corner of Broadway
Chocolate Taps - in The Eatery Building - GF Fudge Cup!
• Soup’R Smash Bros — GF buns and burgers. They confirmed they have two fryers at the fair, with one used only for fries and the other for their onion tangles. Between the Expo Center and Kiddie Midway, next to Redneck Reuben.
• Pickle Barrel — Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, onions and peppers. A commenter with severe celiac said everything is GF except their pita bread, which they keep separate, and they’ve eaten there for years without issues. Near the Expo Center.
• Wrap N Roll— GF wraps, including Philly cheesesteak and Chicken Caesar. Several people who are very sensitive to gluten/cross-contact have recommended them. They also have a GF apple pie wrap for the fair! Outside the Expo Building. APPLE PIE WRAP IS MADE ON SAME PRESS, NOT CELIAC SAFE. WRAPS ARE MADE IN SEPARATE AREA.
• RedneckReuben Union / Brewer Union — Several GF recommendations. Commenters have said they're very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and a family member reportedly has celiac. In front of the Expo Center.
• Ji-Woo's Korean Seoul Food — Several recommendations from people with celiac. Almost Everything is Gluten Free!! No Cross contamination!
• Ruby's Colombian Cuisine — Everything is gluten-free! Empanadas, arepas, bowls, etc. They will be at the fair September 2–7.
• Pig & Potato — The Eatery — Reportedly everything is GF except the sandwich bun.
• Limp Lizard — GF walking taco. One commenter said the employee she spoke with has celiac herself.
• Toss N Fire — GF pizza/crust options. Risk of Cross Contamination
• Stix & Things — Grilled meats including chicken, steak and exotic meats. The vendor commented that everything is meat + seasoning and grilled; seasonings aren't certified GF, but they regularly check the ingredients. CONFIRMED EVERYTHING IS GF!
• Funk ’n Waffles — GF options; recommended by people in the group. WORKER STATES SEPARATE WAFFLE IRON!
• Spud Shack — Ribron fries. People have reported a dedicated fry setup in past years, but ask before ordering because someone mentioned they had chicken tenders in one year.
• Baked Potato Stand — Horticulture Building — Baked potatoes and toppings.
• Potato/BBQ Chicken Potato — Food Building — One commenter said the staff understood cross-contamination and they had no issues.
• The Sweet Praxis / Bake Lab — Dairy Building — GF chocolate chip cookies and edible cookie dough. Someone reported the GF products were made off-site.
• Bowl of Dough — GF cookie dough options. Made on same equipment as regular dough
• Elm Street Tacos — Recommended by a commenter with celiac.
• Boom Boom Mex Mex — GF recommendation; reportedly there during the second week.
• Munjed’s — The Eatery — Falafel and hummus shake were recommended.
• Chocolate Taps — Strawberries & cream. One recommendation was to ask them to use a fresh tub of strawberries and change gloves.
• African Village — GF rum cake was recommended.
• Midway — Someone found a GF candy apple stand.
• Beak & Skiff — Pulled pork bowl & Burger Bowl
• Knightly Rose — GF/dairy-free/vegan ice cream and gelato options were mentioned.
• Cotton candy — Several people mentioned this as an easy naturally GF fair treat; obviously double-check the individual vendor.
The Expo Center area seems to have a particularly good cluster: Pickle Barrel, Wrap N Roll, Redneck Reuben and Soup’R Smash are all reported to be in/around that area.
