It’s been a little while since I’ve posted around here! Life has been busy, but I’m still here and still taking custom cake orders!

The farm stand will also be reopening soon! I’ll be making a post with all the details very soon, so keep an eye out! 👀

This sweet cake went out this week for a 17th birthday! I absolutely loved creating all of these pretty fondant flowers and butterflies. As I was making it, I kept thinking, this cake reminds me of Dolly. 💕 The flowers, the butterflies, the sweetness of it all. With her recent passing, that little thought felt especially meaningful this week. 🌸 🦋

A little update from Country Confections Bakery & Farm Stand 🍂

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take a little pause from the farm stand for the month of August. This season of life has me needing to focus on our upcoming homeschool year, catching up around our home/farm, and spending some extra time with my family.

That being said, I’m not going away! I will still be accepting special orders for cakes, cookies, and other baked goods during this time. 🎂🍪

My hope is to pick the farm stand back up as we head into the holiday months when things settle into a better rhythm. I’m excited for all the seasonal goodies and treats that are ahead!!
