Special sales are an income supplement when cake orders are slow. So this was Mother’s Day prep. And the best thing I learned from my fellow bakers is the importance of prep work. I cannot stress how critical it is to do as much as you can for your orders before the day they are due. It will save so much stress and mistakes.

Hope this helps, it’s a good tip even for events you’re having. I use this method for parties, meetings, my life basically. It helps with time maintenance and life work balance 💕💕

I’m so thankful and I’m so tired, 2 things can be true🤪it is critical to prep as much in advance as you can. Whatever you can do before the day should be done so that your whole focus is design and presentation.

Berries can only be dipped day of but boxes can be prepped, labels can be adhered. All the things that can seem last minute will ruin your pick up day if you don’t prepare right
