No Sugar fo' yo' Mama was inspired by my sweet mother who is on a restricted diet due to Diabetes. Over the last couple years I have had the joy of creating sugar-free cakes she can enjoy on her special day. This past weekend we celebrated the amazing woman she is. Hearing and seeing how everyone enjoyed the cakes I baked, my family encouraged me to share our joy with others, who like us wanted our loved ones to still be able to enjoy a delicious birthday cake on their special day while being on a restricted diet.
