Sticky Buns

In the northeast they make sticky buns and they’re so good. It’s not a cinnamon bun at all though and it’s not monkey bread. While they are very similar they are very different in in aspects. Sticky buns always have nuts whether they are walnuts or pecans and raisins , I prefer Walnuts. 

Sticky Buns are something special for me as they are a favorite since I was a child my mom ,
grandmother would frequently bring them home from the bakery fresh. Aaahh 

 I never made them before so I figured why not they are sourdough . They are very vanilla forward with extract, paste and salt PNG planiflolia just sets them off.

I also bought a slab of marble for my adventure with dough.
