Imperfection Confections Baker City-born and raised. I have a love of baking and creating. Welcome to Imperfection Confections. All creations are made from scratch.

Baking from scratch means I use all basic ingredients from start to finish. Take a look at what creations have been made so far. The menu has standard and seasonal flavors to choose from. Help celebrate a special day or commemorate a significant occasion with a treat from Imperfection Confections. Each and every item produced is lovingly handmade, with great pride taken in the preparation, baking

and delivery. As a home baker, I also work a full time job. Menu items will be created and delivered within 24-48 hours from time of order. Custom orders require additional time. To place an order, feel free to send a private message, book an appointment or call the phone number listed. Imperfection Confection is an Oregon Cottage food operation. I hold an Oregon Food Handler's card to meet the requirements that go along with Cottage Food Laws.

The greatest way to honor their sacrifice is by living the values they fought and died for.
