Imperfection Confections Baker City-born and raised. I have a love of baking and creating. Welcome to Imperfection Confections. All creations are made from scratch.

Baking from scratch means I use all basic ingredients from start to finish. Take a look at what creations have been made so far. The menu has standard and seasonal flavors to choose from. Help celebrate a special day or commemorate a significant occasion with a treat from Imperfection Confections. Each and every item produced is lovingly handmade, with great pride taken in the preparation, baking and delivery. As a home baker, I also work a full time job. Menu items will be created and delivered within 24-48 hours from time of order. Custom orders require additional time. To place an order, feel free to send a private message, book an appointment or call the phone number listed. Imperfection Confection is an Oregon Cottage food operation. I hold an Oregon Food Handler's card to meet the requirements that go along with Cottage Food Laws.
