And now for the not-so-fun part… 😂
Somehow, I managed to sprain the cartilage in my lower left ribs on Sunday. I didn’t realize just how bad it was until Monday afternoon, but by then I was already too far into the bake to turn back. So, naturally, I pushed through. 🤦🏼♀️
And because I’m me, what I thought would be a normal bake somehow turned into a much bigger bake than I had anticipated. 🤷🏼♀️😂
Needless to say, my ribs are not happy with me today. 😬 After making my deliveries, I headed straight to urgent care just to make sure it wasn’t anything more serious. Thankfully, it’s a sprain—but between the injury and the pain, I’m going to have to take a little break.
Sadly, I won’t be baking next week, and then I’ll be back in Italy until October. 🇮🇹❤️
So this is my last bake for a little while. Thank you all for continuing to support my little sourdough obsession—it truly means so much to me! 🥰
