This may seem silly to some people but I haven’t offered sourdough sandwich loaves because I hadn’t found a recipe that actually produced SOFT sandwich bread. I finally found one that I can easily work into my normal baking schedule and it’s an absolute winner! It’s long fermented for the gut benefits but it doesn’t have that sour flavor that not everyone loves 🙌🏻

☀️ Summer Schedule Update ☀️

With summer coming soon and schedules filling up, I’ll be shifting to offering preorders 2–3 weeks out of each month instead of every week. This will allow me to keep up with demand while still getting quality time with my family and keeping up with our farm priorities

✨ What this means for you:
On the weeks I am open, I highly recommend stocking up! Sourdough stores beautifully when handled the right way. My cinnamon rolls, scones, and cookies also freeze well!

🥖 How to store your loaves:
• Keep at room temp in a bread bag or wrapped in a towel for up to 2-3 days
• For longer storage, freeze it in a sealed bag either whole or sliced. For sliced loaves, place a piece of parchment paper in between each slice.

🔥 How to refresh from frozen:
• Slices- Pop individual frozen slices straight into the toaster
• Whole loaves- Thaw at room temp, then run loaf under water for a few seconds & place in the oven at 350° for 5-10 minutes to get a crispy, fresh-from-the-oven crust.

This way, you can enjoy fresh, delicious sourdough even during the weeks I’m not taking orders!
