Welcome to Rabbit McKenzie's Cakes. I make bespoke cakes for all occasions, sugar flowers and sweet treats for parties & wedding favours. My recipes were handed down from my Papa McKenzie who taught me to bake (hence the McKenzie in the business names the Rabbit part comes from my love of these incredible animals)

New flavours of soor plooms being taste tested in pineapple, cherry & mixed berry
we already do them in strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, orange & lemon/lime so we shall see if these match up ### furry huggles

Test batches of chocolates made
3 flavoured coffees in vanilla, caramel & chocolate
3 artisan coffees in mild, medium & strong
Made a standard version of each and an intense
Also made raspberry mallow and caramel mallow versions
Now to get them to the taste testers

Hi folks hope everyone is staying safe through this difficult time
I’m having a play about in the kitchen just now as all the wedding cake orders have been postponed just now
I currently make 5 flavours of soor plooms - strawberry, raspberry, orange, lemon-lime & black currant but about to trial another 2 flavours in cherry and pineapple so we shall see how the taste testers find those (also need to find some taste testers)
Also looking to try some new flavours of handmade chocolates and tablet as well
