Starting the week with a jalapeño cheddar loaf heading out the door alongside a fresh 1/2 dozen cinnamon rolls 🤎✨

Meanwhile, there are more loaves fermenting on my counter and cookie dough waiting to be mixed up next 🍪🍞 One thing about this kitchen… it stays busy, and I’m so thankful for every single order that keeps it going.

Bake day ✨

Confession: I rushed bulk fermentation last night because I was NOT trying to wake up at 2am for dough 😂 These loaves are for my family, so we took a little shortcut this time.

But for my customers? Oh no babe… your loaves get the full slow-fermented treatment every single time 🤍 Long ferment, extra flavor, better texture, all the good stuff because y’all deserve the best.

Now excuse me while my kitchen smells like heaven and I pretend these loaves will last more than 24 hours 🫶
