SAVE THE DATE Sun. July 26, 2026. PTS Annual Family Picnic. Noon to 6 PM (Rain or Shine) Tickets this year are FREE for club members & their family. Limited nonfamily guest tickets are $10 per person. Nonfamily Guest Tickets: Please see Pete Zanini or Jeff Bernitech to reserve your nonfamily guest tickets soon. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Nonfamily guests children ages 12 and under get in for free. RSVP: Please RSVP with your family name and number of people attending on our signup sheets at the club.
Menu: Salads, Italian Specialty Buffet Table, Raw Bar – Shrimp and Clams, Clam Boil, Pasta Bar, Sweet Sausage, Hot Sausage, Pulled Pork, Burgers, Hot Dogs, PTS Famous Brick Oven Pizza and Dessert.
Beverages: Soda, Water and Juice Boxes. Also, Cold Beer and Cash/CC Bar available. Festivities: Music, Scholarship Raffle, and Mixed Bocce Tournament (18+ years old to participate). Signup for Bocce when you arrive to reserve your spot, cost is $1 pp.

Today, on Memorial Day, we invite you to take a moment to give thanks and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country and the freedoms we hold dear.
We owe a profound debt to the generations of men and women whose courage and sacrifice helped secure the freedoms we enjoy today.
Memorial Day is a time to honor the service members who gave their lives in defense of our nation, and to reflect with gratitude on the true cost of that sacrifice.

PTS Scholarship Brunch Sun. June 14, 2026. 11:30 am - 2 pm. Please join us in celebrating the 2026 Scholarship recipients at our Annual Scholarship Brunch. Recipient’s loved ones, PTS members and their guests are all welcome. Menu - Quiche Lorraine & Broccoli Cheddar, French Toast Bake, Bacon, Sausage, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Bagels & Cream Cheese, Fruit Salad, Mimosas, Coffee & Tea. Feel free to bring a dessert to share! $25 per person. Tickets available online until June 7th.

UPDATE ON DERBY TICKETS

UPDATE ON DERBY TICKETS: if you are having an issue with purchasing online, please reach out to Stephanie Angelina at 860-874-6771 or via email at [email protected]. Annual PTS Cinco De Derby event happening Saturday, May 2, 2026. The event begins at 4 PM, and tickets can be purchased online at https://www.ptsavoy.com/womensauxpayonline or by contacting Stephanie Angelina. Tickets cost $20 per person, with free admission for children under age16. Limited tickets sold at the door. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a PTS club member.
The event will feature delicious food, the Kentucky Derby broadcast on multiple large-screen TVs, and entertainment by Dave Lefkin, who will perform on acoustic guitar and keyboard, playing familiar favorites. Activities include hat contests, a pick-a-winner contest, raffles, and a BBQ Tex-Mex buffet with a taco bar, mini hot dogs, street corn, mac and cheese, homemade desserts, and drink specials.
