Grandma Lambert’s Lemon Meringue Pie & 2024 Clewiston Sugar Festival 1st Place Winner. 🍋🥧

We sure do miss Grandma but thankful to God for the time we spent together making dishes like this. Made this for a local church benefit auction, I hope whoever has the winning bid loves it as much as we do. 💚

Putting up 🌽 for holidays. Our Grandparents enlisted us & friends to help put up corn every year. Grandma Lambert was known for having some of the best corn at gatherings. I was too young to help as the knives were so sharp, by the time I was old enough…I was working full time. Thankfully, my cousin Veronica (her & Corey always helped put up corn with Grandma.) taught me the blanching/cooler step.

Of course, I miss Grandma. But, I am so grateful for the influence she had on myself as well as other people by just being who she was. 💚
