HUGE news for this guy…. We found out about his sever seasonal allergies and life threatening peanut allergies when he was 13 months old. After 15 years of allergy shots, weekly travel for 7 months to desensitize his peanut allergy when he was 8, 5 years since he last ate a peanut, his numbers are FINALLY low enough for the shots to stop and for him to challenge how many peanuts and tree nuts he can tolerate. At last a life of freedom. Aside from finding his daily dose of peanut M&Ms in every crack and crevice he could find to hide them in before we gave up making him eat them every day, not a complaint out of him. Now on to tackle Ohio U next week! So unbelievably grateful to Dr Chad Mayer for taking the chance on OIT and dr Eli Silver for continuing to support Steven over the past years!
