Today’s special is our Cheesy Garlic Chicken Quesadilla
A Jumbo Quesadilla with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, Seasoned sliced chicken, topped with our homemade Creamy Garlic Mushroom, onions , and bacon sauce. Grilled Crispy and sliced into 4 with your choice of a side salad, bag of chips or a cup of soup (upgrade to a bowl of soup for $3 more)

Other special this week is our Haystack
Fresh baked garlic bread hoagie, stacked with bbq chicken, white cheddar, bacon, tomato, crispy onions & crispy jalapeños with your choice of a side salad, bag of chips or a cup of soup (upgrade to a bowl of soup for $3 more)

Soup this week is our Creamy Mushroom Soup

Breads are out of the oven we have Artisan, 3 onion cheddar & chives and one loaf left of the Pesto Mozzarella which is absolutely delicious & perfect for a grilled cheese

5/26 Tuesday.
Help us wish one of our favorite customers a very happy 3rd birthday! He loves Chef Andreas sprinkle he’s our unofficial Sprinkle taste tester and that’s what he wanted for his own special birthday cake which he plans on sharing with no one! Happy birthday Caden hope you love your sprinkles with a little bit of cake!

We do not have soup today sadly but this week for our soup we are making our Creamy Mushroom Soup.

With the weather getting warmer we are bringing into the rotation as a daily choice our Maurice Salad - Ham, Turkey, Egg, Cheese, Pickles, Green Olives, on a bed of salad lettuce with our creamy egg dressing.

5/16 Saturday first and foremost CONGRATULATIONS GRADS OF 2026.
Today we have a packed case full of goodies we have all our stuffed croissants, donuts & lemon loaf and a new item Chocolate Suisse Rollup our house made puff pastry filled with Pastry cream & Chocolate chips.
We still have a few loafs of Artisan Sourdough breads left.
Come enjoy this beautiful day with us!

5/15 FriYAY the Pastry case is full of goodies like a lemon loaf cake or how about a strawberry frangipane stuffed croissants or a lemon bar tartlets, Cupcakes or brownies? have you tried our new Chocolate Caramel roll up we have some customers say they absolutely recommend it!
Did you miss our chocolate strawberry donuts? We have them back in stock. We also have our Friday favorites like chocolate Bavarian filled long John’s or our other stuffed croissants like almond croissants & Chocolate pistachio.

Last week we had a lot of requests to extend our specials for this week and we had just enough product to make the Gyro and our Chipotle Chicken Melt for this weeks special’s as well so if you missed last week don’t worry you can still grab your favorite.

Some special Pastries we have this week is a 4 inch Lemon tartlet as well as our Strawberry Lemonade Bliss Bars & Banana Pudding cups.

5/6 Wednesday! Anyone else feeling like last week was February and now we are in may!! This week’s specials is a Classic Raddberry ✨Gyro✨&✨Chipotle Chicken Melt✨
Soup this week is our Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Soup
🌟New roll up flavor- Chocolate Caramel roll up it’s a Cadbury Chocolate caramel spread with caramel drizzle on top.
Shine worked on not only delicious brownies but also some beautiful cupcakes! Some flavors we have are Strawberry, Biscoff cookie, mint chocolate, & peanut butter chocolate. 
Breads are Artisan, Rosemary Garlic, and a new mix in flavor a Spanish Red Pepper cheddar this has paprika, roasted red peppers, Garlic, and cheddar mixed in for a new flavor profile

This Thursday, May 7th, we get the honor to meet up again with this amazing and talented singer Caitlynne Curtis on her first Solo Tour! If you haven’t heard her sing, her voice will give you chills! She is playing at Bucks Bar & Grill in Vinice Nebraska! Come out and enjoy an amazing show and show our girl some love!

Another Event we get to attend and cook for! Super excited to see John "The Iron Man" Cantrell destroy it in the ring! If you are not following him you should! John is not only an amazing fighter, he is an amazing Man, Father, and Pastor! We are honored to call him family! Can’t wait until June!

Undefeated boxer John "The Iron Man" Cantrell is scheduled to face Matthew McKinney on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Topeka, Kansas. The bout is the headline event of "Evergy Plaza Fight Night 3.0" (EPFN 3.0), where Cantrell will defend his ABO Intercontinental Heavyweight Title in a 10-round match.

Had another amazing night feeding and hanging out with the best family one could ask for, and a special visit to our small town avoca from Struggle Jennings! Thank you for making the trip out to come see Raddberry's and for all the love and support you have given us! Love you all and blessed to have you in our lives!
