Apple Crisp Sourdough Cookie! This took many attempts to get right but was worth it! It literally tastes like apple crisp in cookie form. If you want the recipe comment and I’ll make another video! Must make for fall!

Fresh Milled Flour Sandwhich Bread 864 grams of hard wheat (I did 350 of hard red, 350 of hard white and 114 of kamut)
2 1/4 cups hot water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
3 teaspoons salt
2 egg yolks
1.5 teaspoons of lecithin
14 grams of instant yeast

Mix the flour and water and let rest for 30 minutes.

Add the oil, honey, egg, salt, lecithin and lastly the yeast.

Mix by hand or in mixer until window pane is reached.

Let rise for an hour in oiled bowl.

Shape into 2 loaves and put in loaf pans.

Let rise until it fills loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Chocolate cake made with fresh milled flour! Not the prettiest but it was the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had. I used Sally’s Baking Addiction cake recipe but added an extra 70 grams of soft white flour and let it sit for 15 minutes before putting in oven. 10/10!
