mango's back on the menu! butter, sugar, fresh puréed mango, vanilla. we keep it simple to let the mochi donut shine. not too sweet, very mango-y. get here early to snag one before they sell out 🥭

rain got us down again but we'll be back with a (hopefully) repaired roof by next week. to avoid any rain pooling on our roof we've installed a tarp and will be closed for saturday (4/4)
